Terms of Service
Last updated: 29 August 2026. These terms govern the website, free trial, purchases and use of Manga Translator Studio.
Eligibility and acceptance
By downloading, purchasing or using the software, you agree to these Terms, the EULA, Privacy Policy and applicable checkout terms. Consumers retain all mandatory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Orders and payment providers
Paid products are sold by Stefano Basso. Card payments are processed securely by Stripe. PayPal may be offered as an additional payment method. The selected provider processes the payment details under its own terms and privacy policy; Manga Translator Studio does not receive or store full card credentials.
Plans and automatic renewal
Monthly, six-month and annual plans renew automatically for the same billing period until cancelled. You may request cancellation before the next renewal using the customer-management option supplied after purchase or by contacting support; access continues until the end of the paid term. The lifetime plan is a one-time purchase and does not renew.
Prices and taxes
The secure checkout shows the final amount, currency, applicable taxes and renewal interval before payment. Local currency conversions and taxes may vary by customer location. No charge is made until the order is confirmed in the payment provider's checkout.
Trial and delivery
The trial is limited as described on the website. Paid licenses are normally delivered electronically to the purchase email after successful payment. The customer is responsible for providing a valid email address and retaining the license key securely.
Permitted content
You may process only content you own or are authorized by law or the rights holder to use. You remain responsible for copyright, privacy and publication rights in source files and outputs. No rights in third-party manga or artwork are granted by the software.
AI and OCR output
AI translation and OCR may be inaccurate. Results must be reviewed before professional, public or sensitive use. Compatibility and quality depend on the selected model, source image, hardware and third-party components.
Prohibited conduct
You must not share or resell keys, bypass activation, attack the service, introduce malware, infringe rights, or redistribute the software except where mandatory law expressly permits an act that cannot be restricted.
Availability and changes
Reasonable efforts are made to maintain licensing and support services, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed. Features may evolve without removing rights already acquired under an active paid plan. Material contractual changes apply prospectively and will be published.
Liability and law
Nothing excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot legally be excluded. Otherwise, to the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to foreseeable direct loss. Italian law applies, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections or courts available in their country of residence.
Cancellation, refunds and contact
