Refund and Cancellation Policy
Last updated: 29 August 2026. Payments are processed securely by Stripe or, when offered and selected, PayPal. Cancellation and refund requests are handled by Manga Translator Studio.
Cancel automatic renewal
Monthly, six-month and annual plans renew automatically. You may cancel before the renewal date using the customer-management option supplied after purchase or by contacting support. Cancellation prevents the next charge; it does not normally refund the current paid period, which remains active until its end.
Refund requests
Request payment-related assistance from support@mangatranslatorstudio.com using the purchase email and order details. Requests are reviewed in accordance with this policy and applicable law; any approved refund is returned through the original payment provider.
Consumer withdrawal rights
If you are a consumer in the EU/EEA or another protected jurisdiction, you may have a statutory withdrawal right. For immediately supplied digital content, that right may be lost once performance begins after your express request and acknowledgement at checkout. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
Defective digital content
If the software is not supplied, is defective or is not as described, contact support promptly with the app version, Windows version, order email and diagnostic details. Mandatory legal conformity remedies remain available.
Effect of refund
When a full refund or chargeback is completed, the related license may be revoked and use must stop. Keep no active copies unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
